While drooling over the Veranda spread on "Great House at Greystone" in the March issue, a room with a bold use of colour and unusual detailing caught my eye. It was the bedroom belonging to West Hollywood designer Elizabeth Dinkel and I have been swooning over her portfolio ever since:
And last but not least, an unbelievable checkerboard floor foyer:
The colour, the texture, the details! Love it!!!

That's a beautiful desk in photo #8. Perfect with the chair. I can't wait to have a home office to decorate! (And to cease renting so I can put in that gorgeous floor from the last photo...)
I am obsessed with that greenish velvet couch!
Gorgeous! Every room is perfect. Thanks for the intro to this designer!
I'm enjoying each of the photos you've shared very much, but for some reason the pink room with white chair is my favourite. I'm not sure why because I'm not a pink chickie :-) but I have noticed a love lately of all things white coupled with variations of a single colour. So fresh, pretty and appealing! Maybe one day I'll have an opportunity to design this kind of room for a client!
Thanks for sharing...
