I’ve been obsessed with Montauk’s sofas ever since I set my eyes on their tufted beauty:
With its green construction and exquisite detailing, I guess I shouldn’t be shocked it retails for $6,000 (for now it’s simply an aspirational object of my affection- sigh) but now it may have to move on down for a new Montauk model:
As you can see in this video, Montauk will be previewing a brand new sofa design at the IDS. Boasting elements that are “part traditional and part contemporary,” I am excited to see what the model will look like as who doesn’t love a combo that appeals to both the past and the future.
I wonder what it will look like…
