Here is an even more girly alternative to a cosmo that I adapted from a cocktail offered on the menu at Mark McEwan's One.
Subbing in prosecco for champagne and using simple absolut raspberry makes it affordable and delicious!
Lipstick Martini
- 3 fresh raspberries
- lime wedge
- 2 oz absolut raspberry vodka
- splash of prosecco
- Muddle raspberries and lime at the bottom of a cocktail shaker
- Pour in vodka and some ice and shake mixture vigorously
- Strain and pour into a martini glass
