Weekend Cocktail #20: Greaves Ginger Rhubarb Martini

You don't often see jam in a cocktail, but I thought this recipe was perfectly suited to the transformation from summer to fall: fresh, crisp and a little bittersweet.

If you can't find the grappa, sub in peach schnapps.

Greaves Ginger Rhubarb Martini

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Palladium Peach grappa
  • 1 tsp Greaves Ginger Rhubarb Jam

 

  1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker half filled with cracked ice and shake very thoroughly.
  2. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
