John Derian Decoupage My Way

I just clued into the fact that I can actually peruse John Derian’s line of decoupage plates and trays online. So with time to kill indoors on a rainy Saturday I decided to let my imagination run wild and curate a gallery-style wall of Derian decoupage. I tried to be true to the actual size and proportions and pick my most favourite pieces, so without further adieu here’s what I chose:

Now if only I had the hundreds it would take to purchase and hang this gorgeous and totally personalized arrangement in my own home…

Top row (l-r): History of Plants, c.1819: Prune/Plum rectangle tray $185, black tie round plate $95, McAllister Silhouettes c.1850 - #4 Robert round plate $56, Diderot Monkeys, One with Flower $185 rectangle tray $185, Une Pensée rectangle tray $88

Middle row (l-r): Lettuce round plate $48, nest round plate $48, Rosa round platter $540, Love coaster set $100, chair round plate $48, flagged ship round plate $48, purple round plate $95

Bottom row (l-r): In africa: leopard square tray $200, Les Etoilles round plate $48, Butterfly & Lizard round plate $48, Human Heart rectangle tray $80

Isn't he making an affordable line for Target? I think he is...may be worth checking out - would be a good chance to get some of his stuff without the high price.

Constantine on Younge has a beautiful selection of his work. You probably already know that.
The Target stuff is OK.
