There are so many elements of this Vancouver loft that I adore:
It’s very glamorous, but very modern at the same time with a mix of unexpected touches and a hodge podge of textures and styles!
The low hanging chandelier is a surprising source of bedside light with a fabulous vintage-style telephone giving the little pedestal table vignette even more character
The wrought-iron railing encircling the bedroom brings a traditional exterior element indoors but it works!
The massive chandelier is stunning, and of course, the tufted white couch with the nailhead detail is so up my alley!

Your House & Home magazine always has the best features! I've tried to find it here but to no avail!
I stumbled upon your blog fairly by accident, but I like it already. I wen through a few of the articles and I love some ideas. This loft you pointed out is just wonderful. You see I`m a realtor in Toronto, but my work with clients doesn`t concern just the property, but many of my clients want to hear my opinion on furnishing too. They say that since I see lots of homes, i have a fairly good eye for whats trendy and good. And they are right. Hope you don`t mind using your blog as my personal inspiration :).
Cheers

There appears to be no end to the Toronto Loft Boom with over 11,200 new units started in the first seven months of 2008. This is more than the total number of housing starts in 2007. Clearly there is a shift from developers building in the suburbs to now focusing on the City Of Toronto.
